Do I need to clean the garment myself?

No, the cleaning cost is included in the hire fee. Please return the garment in its worn condition.

How do I return my garment?

If hiring locally please return the garment to the drop-off box located at the studio. If you need to return your garment via post please place it in the prepaid return satchel and lodge over the counter at the post office. Postal returns must be made on the last day of your hire period. Late returns will incur a late fee as per T&C's.

Something happened to my dress..

That's ok - these things happen, everyones been there. However, please do not try and fix or clean the garment yourself. Just let us know what's happened and we will handle the rest.

We fix minor damages ourselves but according to our T&C's there could be extra charges for cleaning, repairs or replacement.

I'm running behind - What happens if i return my garment late?

We rely on the timely return of our garments to ensure on time deliver to the next customer. If your return your order late it will incur a late fee charged to your card (as per T&C's).

How do I know the dress will fit?

This is the worst part about finding a dress! Luckily, we are skilled in this area and are able to provide as much help as we can. If you are worried about the length or fit please contact us and we can provide measurements.

For local hire we offer complimentary try-ons, please book through the appointments tab or via our Instagram.

How long can I book a dress for?

Our hire period is strictly 4 days as this allows for prompt transit times. If you require and extended booking please contact us for amended rental fees.

How much does it cost to hire?

Our rental prices offer 65-80% off the rrp, meaning its a third of the cost. This way of shopping is a more sustainable option and of course cost effective.

What sizes do you stock?

• Currently, we stock sizes 6-16. We are always expanding our options so please feel free to contact us with any recommendations.
